Activating the transmitter
The transmitter comes with batteries pre-installed and the protective tab needs to be removed to power the transmitter and activate it.
Slide open the transmitter by pressing the button on the back and pulling upwards
Remove battery tab to turn on the transmitter
The LED will flash to indicate the transmitter is powered
Follow the above instructions to open the transmitter when replacing the batteries. Please dispose of used batteries in an environmentally friendly way.
Pairing
Follow the steps below to pair the hub to your meter:
Press and hold link Button on the Hub f until the status LED flashes green
Press and hold pairing button inside transmitter housing - (A) above, until red LED flashes, then release.
Once successful, the link status LED on the hub will turn solid green and your hub is now paired. If unsuccessful, please repeat the process.
Follow the instructions on how to connect the supplied sensor cable to the transmitter and the electricity meter.
Attaching the LED sensor
The LED sensor ‘reads’ the pulsing LED that is on the front of your electricity meter.
Find the pulse output on your meter.
Stick the square Velcro around the pulse output on the meter.
Place the LED Sensor over the square Velcro on the meter ensuring that the GEO logo is facing you.
Insert the other end of the LED cable to the bottom of the transmitter.
